Ian Birchall was chosen to be Construction Manager for our Mitre 10 Complex, built in Church Street Mudgee, during 1992.

Ian proved to have all the qualifications required; eg Administration of Plans, Architects, Assessment of costs, council Consultations and an expansive knowledge of the total building industry.

One of his greatest attributes was his ability to work in harmony with all sub-contractors and labour employed on the construction.

Ian gave freely of his time attending construction meetings which averaged two per week over a period of approximately six months.
