The building of our duplex has been both exciting and interesting, mainly due to the happy and co-operative relationship we have enjoyed with the staff of Ian Birchall Constructions. Any problem we thought we encountered, became no problem at all. This gave us the utmost confidence, and we felt very secure in Ian's hands.

This being our first and last building venture, we truly appreciate being so well "looked after". We are absolutely thrilled with the end result.
