Ian Birchall Constructions carried out extension works for us at Eurunderee from March to June in 1995. Ours was a difficult construction as we required a second level, with very few walls underneath for support.

We are very please to be able to say that the job was completed without any hassles, disagreement, fuss or bother, even when we asked for various changes during construction. We certainly did not expect to achieve our result without some problems. We were most impressed to see that the warranty extended long after the final payment of monies was made.

It would be wrong if we did not congratulate Ian, Donna and their team for the very professional way our construction was handled. It is Mudgee's gain to have a construction company of such high standing.
