The construction of our home has exceeded all our expectations. We have not had one moments worry or concern. All problems were handled by Ian, Elizabeth and Donna so that they were not our problems.

All trades people on the site were meticulous, clean, polite and most helpful. All trades were carried out in the manner which a new owner expects and appreciates.

Our home is a credit to all who participated in building it and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ian Birchall Constructions to anyone who wanted a good quality home for value for money.
